At United Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your United Canada account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Canada.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
